The Fishin’ Edition is a 2005 model 30’ Island Hopper. The vessel is a no-nonsense fishing platform and affords ample room for everyone on board. It’s design makes it a great vessel for fishing on Lake Erie.
We are pleased to provide some of the finest fishing in the world for Lake Erie Walleye, Lake Erie Smallmouth Bass and Lake Erie Yellow Perch.

Our goal is to catch a limit every time we leave the dock. More important to us is your enjoyment and comfort while on board.
The Fishin' Edition is a large vessel that meets USCG regulations. It is 30' feet long and 12' feet wide. It is equipped with multiple radios, GPS systems and fish finders to access the best fishing locations each time we leave the dock.
There is lot’s of room for you to fish or take a break in the cabin. This same cabin affords you shelter from the Lake Erie weather and sun. If you have to don rain gear, it sure is nice to be under cover to do it. The 12’ beam is very impressive and provides as much room for fishing as any boat on the lake.

We aim to teach the novice angler techniques to catch fish. Many of our customers are excellent anglers and do not need coaching. Whatever the case, it is our goal to help you catch fish. You will find some of the finest fishing rods and reels available for your use or you can bring your own gear. The extensive variety of lures on board gives you the chance to catch more fish. Most of the time a first mate will accompany us on our outings and this allows us more fish and also more assistance to our customers.
Although we do not emphasize it, we do offer trolling for Lake Erie Walleye. There are times when it produces more fish than drifting and casting. Whether or not we troll is up to you. If we troll, you will be an active participant in setting lines and working with the rods. We still maintain catching fish by drifting and casting is the most fun!
Lake Erie is known for its great walleye fishing. Many fishermen overlook the smallmouth bass fishing. Smallmouth fishing on Lake Erie is as good as it gets. Lake Erie Yellow Perch trips are also a lot of fun. Yellow Perch trips are great family outings and a great way to introduce the younger generation to the sport.
